This home was researched & planned for years using some of the brightest natural & green homebuilding minds in the Austin Texas area. Passive Solar design includes the homes orientation as well as the covered porches and breezeway exterior areas. Home is all electric and has no carpet for better Indoor Air Quality or IAQ. Exterior walls are all straw bale with Earthen plaster on the inside and lime plaster on the outside. Floors are stained concrete, stained and scored concrete, tile and bamboo.Property Description
