The home was extensively remodeled 2004/2005 using non-toxic materials. All windows in the home replaced with double-pane windows. It has all tile floors except master bedroom which has hardwood floors. Both bathrooms completely updated and renovated using non-toxic materials. New A/C system installed. All non-toxic VOC free paint was used in the renovations. All old insulation in attic removed and replaced with formaldehyde-free insulsafe insulation. Home was converted to all electric in 1992 with a new upgraded power panel installed at that time. In-ground watering system on timer wastes less water. Filters on water heater and showers. All custom window blinds made with cotton materials. Back screened-in porch has been wired for 220 to accommodate a sauna and electric grill. Sauna not included in sale, but seller is willing to negotiate to leave sauna in place on back porch. New hot water heater installed in 2008 with separate filter.
