Passive solar heats the shop and skylights brighten the work area. Also there is a wood stove in the shop with a Class A chimney. There are two entry doors and a 16W x 9H overhead door in one end. Large insulated hatches in the ceiling give access to a good deal of attic storage. A 12' W x 20' L cottage. A 12' W x 16' L x 8' H shed with a raised wood floor for tools, mowers, bikes, etc. with plenty of shelving. Two gardens are ready to plant next spring come with with a good sized pile of compost. Dozens of ornamental trees, shrubs and flower gardens brighten the landscape. Two woodsheds containing about seven cords of split hardwood. A two-car carport. This home has almost no utility costs, low taxes and insurance, and the cost of living in this area is comparatively low.
