Ok where do I start.
has 13kw solar system with batery and generator backup.I always have credits in reserve.Has a 12yr warranty.
no utility bills because of being on a well and septic.
water is excellent,has a hard water filter next to well.
has solar hot water system in progress,only as backup for emergencies and effeciency.
I have 7ft tomato plants year round
greenhouse has banana and citrus trees,and grows all the leafy vegies you can eat
the greenhouse keeps the house warm in the winter months,but the stat is the mini split,with an air handler on both ends of the house.
there is really no need for ac in the summer,but the mini split has it for comfort.
the huge shop above has everything to do auto and trock repair,high amp 220 for welders,lifts ect.,is tall enough for several lifts.
If you like the outdoors and fishing,this place is it.The sand dunes is a sand toy heaven,sand buggies,sidexsides,ect.
I planned to do auto repair here, but,had to change my plans because of my wife.
Always limit out on dungeness crab in the pots, while fishing for all the fish this coast has to offer.
