All outside walls are made of ICF, super insulating and super strong structure. Tornado resistant. 5 inch thick spray foam insulation on underside of roof. Steel joists between 1st and 2nd floor. ERV (Exchange Recovery Ventilator) in attic to help house breathe. Steel framed bonus room and garage (garage needs to be completed). Pex tubing installed for radiant heat on 1st floor, but not hooked up. New composite roof installed in 2012.
