The home was built with Mother Nature in mind and it can withstand whatever the elements have in store. There are extra steel reinforcements and 100% OSB wall and roof sheathing. The home is insulated with 5 inches of spray foam in the walls and 8 inches in the roof. The windows and appliances (except the stove) are energy star rated. And a water filtration system was added in 2010.
