This house features reclaimed American Grey Elm and Beech flooring, Porcelain and glass tiles, and recycled Berber carpets. A Lakeside Aerie has 3 bedrooms, with the one of the upstairs bedrooms having a lake view and the other an attached bathroom. The master bedroom is located downstairs; it has a lake view, and a bathroom with handmade reclaimed Australian Jarrah cabinetry and a soaking tub. The upstairs walkways are open to the great room below, which has floor to ceiling windows facing the lake, providing a breathtaking view. The basement is unfinished, but does have an egress window to provide ample light if the basement is finished in the future. The lot is lakefront, and A Lakeside Aerie is the only timber frame in the development.

Neighborhood Description

Coastal View is slated to open in the fall of 2002. Sitting along the majestic shores of Lake Ontario, there is over 4,000 feet of shoreline, which makes this the most unique lake front development in the Rochester area. Each home is either front on the lake, onto open green space, or over beautiful Nine Mile Creek. There are walking trails throughout the community, as well as "Outlook Pointe" on the lake for all residents to enjoy.
