Market Area

Tully is a homey village of a little less than a thousand, in a township of about 3,000. It boasts doctor's offices, hardware stores, banks, a motel, gas stations, car dealerships, a large Kinneys drug store, a Dollar Store, two fitness gyms, three restaurants, a video store, a library, an agricultural supply store, two large churches, ski areas, lakes, and hiking/biking areas. School District

Tully Central School District is comprised of an elementary school for K-6 and a Jr/Sr High School for grades 7-12. It has an excellent reputation in the area for quality of teaching and educational and sports programs and graduates around 80 students a year.

Community

The community of Tully is a blend of those who have lived here most or all of their lives and transplants from other places. The median income is about $40,000 per year. There is a very active Rotary, and many innovative programs offered at the library. There is a community garden where work is exchanged for food. The Tully Council of the Arts sponsors music programs on Sunday evenings in the winter, and plays involving the entire community, plus a Hallelujah Chorus Christmas sing-along.
