The garage measures 18\' x 60\'. On the second floor above this garage there is also an 18\' x 60\' room which is accessed by the second floor of the house. But there\'s more with a 2-floored guest house (1568 sq ft) with its own masonry stove and wood floor. It\'s rough plumbed for a bath and kitchen and has a 1-car garage.
