What makes your home a Green or Healthy Home?
The house has proven itself to be very energy efficient. It is also fragrance free and we have used only all natural cleaning products. The central vac system avoids kicking up dust and having the vac exhaust in the house. The radiant floor heat warms the house without the noise, dust and other drawbacks of forced hot air heating. There is no industry or agriculture in the area and grass plots are limited to 100 square feet. We have only seen one home with grass and it is a small putting green. Since the norm is to leave the area around houses in a natural state there is minimal use of pesticides and fertilizers. A green belt trail is at the back edge of the property.Property Description
