The Santa fe Commons is a Cohousing complex of 28 homes in a terrific Santa Fe location. The residents are a diverse group drawn to the cohousing lifestyle and values, and to the cultural and outdoor advantages Santa Fe and Northern New Mexico offers. Our neighbors include educators, architects, land use planners, medical and healing arts professionals, physicists, organic landscapers, artists, family homemakers and retirees. We have a Common-House which includes a large kitchen where we prepare delicious organic meals twice a week which residents share on a voluntary basis. As a community, we've recently created a sustainability committee and are presently considering a proposal to purchase an electic car for group use.Market Area
