Neighborhood Description
Superior Dunes is a gated community 8.5 miles east of Grand Marais, Michigan. There are 17 other houses. There is a property owners association which meets once a year in August. Dues are $750 a year which includes snowplowing the private road.Market Area

The town has a grocery store, restaurants, post office, bank, hardware store, motel, gas station and summer farmers market among other offerings. The local area offers plenty of opportunties for hiking, hunting, fishing, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, boating, canoeing, kayaking, golfing, biking, camping and ATV's.
