The property is a ten minute walk from the 5,280 acre state-owned Frye Mt. Wildlife Management Ares (with dirt roads and hiking trails), 10 miles from Belfast. There is a 40 x 60' vegetable garden and fruit trees, which produce over 1200 lbs. of food per year, in the front yard and has been gardened organically for over 20 years.
