Our passive/active solar house was created with ecological consciousness, health, and quality in mind. Because of the spacious and flexible floor plan, it is the perfect house for a family with children, for someone who will have frequent visitors or who needs private space for other live-in family members/renters, or for someone who’d like to run a private practice/business from their home.
Built by the award-winning design/build firm GO Logic, the house is cozy and draft-free even on the coldest winter nights. It is one of the most efficient homes in Maine, because of the excellent insulation, triple-glazed windows and doors, a passive solar design, and an efficient ventilation system.
