GREEN ALL AROUND

This property is COMPLETELY OFF-GRID and comes with 14KW inverter-system and 7.2KW Solar array. The battery bank is 64.8KWH! The inverter-system is about 2 year old! We have forklift batteries which should last about 20 years! And we have 10KW Generac propane generator for back up! The solar system is completely automatic!
The house comes with radian heat in the day-light basement (day-light basement is built with 6.5" of concrete walls with 3" of insulation on both sides) and AMISH COOK stove for cooking and heating the house and water in the cold season. We have propane for cook stove and tankless water heater, and also electric cook stove and water heater (which we use in the summer months).
We have 280feet deep well which produces about 30GPM. But we have 10GPM pump which pumps to our storage tank (2,400 Gallons) on top of our hill and gravity feeds to the house and garden.
We also have SHOP with SAUNA inside. Sauna is powered by a wood stove.
Our fenced garden is about 1 acre (surrounded with 8 foot fence). We have over 40 fruit trees with about 1/3 already producing. We just planted a vineyard. We also have blue berries, raspberries, currant berries, black berries, strawberries and grapes.
The property comes with 3 GREENHOUSES: 66x24, 30x22, and 10x20. The first two greenhouses are covered with POLY hard clear plastic with limited life time warranty, and the third one is covered with greenhouse plastic.
Even though we only have 10acres, we do NOT see any neighbor and they don’t see us! This property is VERY private! And we are only 20 miles from Grangeville and 20 miles from Kamiah, and only 12 miles from Kooskia (2 miles from Clearwater). Our elevation is about 2,200 feet.
