The exterior features Italian marble tile along the base of the house. Bamboo fencing surrounds the marble tile for an eye-catching Asian design. In the front of the house, you'll find a Buddha rock garden with tropical plants along the tiled pathway from the Torii Gate to the front door. In general, the landscaping is simple, calm, quiet and consistent with a Zen appeal. An OPEN PERMIT IS AVAILABLE TO BUILD A 2ND HOME ON THE PROPERTY.

The house is located in the town of Pepeekeo, an offspring rural community from the sugar plantation days.
