The mist of the rainforest supplies the water needs for cooking, bathing and cleaning. Drinking water is provided by the Hilo Water Co. replintish as needed on the way in from town. There is ample purified water available for you to enjoy. The cottage is of 12 sides as is the 6 feet sky light, which invites the natural glow of the moon and stars to share the evening.
The open floorplan is great for those that choose time alone, the couple who want to ly in the rainforest, as well as that group of friends who enjoy sharing fun and special days and evenings in that special place. Some may enjoy sleeping on the covered lanai. Others may choose to relax or slumber upon the french design queen bed in the cottage. The 6 feet deck wraps around the entire cottage. Enjoy a bathing in the star gazing tub located on the rear deck or shower on the lava rock surrounded by tropical fruit trees and island flowers.
