Closest neighbors in either east/west is approx. 1/3 mile away. North backs onto big ranch grazing area and south no folks for 1 1/2 mile. This valley is about 20 miles wide and 45 miles long and is all open range, except where fenced, so if you are into horses, ATVs, 4 wheelers, all livestock. Not sure if any law against elephants or giraffes. Rock hounding is supposed to be great. You can legally carry a side arm (or two).Market Area
Kingman is a little over 15000 pop. As of Oct of this year we will have 2 major hospitals in town, lots of Drs. There are major highways--I-40 east and west/ U.S. 93 north and south and historic Route 66, about 6 miles away, which we drive to get into town. An airport, bus service and AMTRAK.
