Neighborhood Description

The area is called Rio Vista and Deer Point by "old timers". It is 5 miles out of Bisbee city limits. A dirt road from the highway takes one to an area of about 30 homes ranging from one mile from the highway to over 10 miles off highway.

Market Area

The house sits 5 miles out of Bisbee, a quaint mining town turned tourist destination. There is a plethora of special events and yet maintains an easy going small town life. It is high desert and the house sits at about 4700' and the town of Bisbee sits higher at about 5300'. There are seasons and it snows a couple of times a year. In the late summer and Fall is when the rains come, Monsoons, and it pours! Everything greens up and it is called "second spring". In the summer it does reach about 100 degrees but it cools down in the evening.
