I have been a green building contractor for 25 yrs. I built this home planning to live out my life here off the land, but now choose to sell so as to be near my grandkids. The silence here is unbelievable, and every ecosystem and animal species of the northwoods is yours to enjoy within walking distance. The Wild and Scenic Flambeau River is just 3 miles away. Across the road to the north is 1000's of square miles of public wilderness land, including the Flambeau River and state and national forests.
