-Water efficiency is aided by “Stealth”/Niagra high efficiency/low water use toilets, Water sense shower heads from Niagra and a low water use front loading Maytag Washing machine.

-Double paned replacement windows
-HVAC system is a high efficiency TRANE electric heat pump/gas furnace hybrid installed in April, 2014. The AC was new at the time also. High efficiency air filter/cleaner includes a UV lighting system sterilizing the air (mold, bacteria, viruses). Electric water heater is also high efficiency and 3 years old.
-Energy Efficient Appliances including electric induction smooth top range with convection oven (most efficient and safe)
-Sunroom is “conditioned space” with both the energy effiicent Mitsubishi heat/AC minisplit AND radiant heating in the floor and Pella windows/doors.
-Radiant heated floors “Warm tiles” brand in the kitchen, sunroom, plus basement bath and double bath floors on second floor bedroom level which are not only efficient (you can set the thermostat lower) but much more pleasant for air quality and thermal comfort.
