Neighborhood Description

This is in the homes only area of the So-Hi subdivision in Golden Valley, Arizona. It was named So-Hi because of the elevation - it is nestled in the Foothills over the large area of Golden Valley. This is a quiet out of the way area, but still close to Kingman - in less than 10 minutes you can drive to town. Highway 93 is just \\\\\\\"a block\\\\\\\" away from the property, but because of how the home sits on the parcel, you get very little traffic noise - privacy and yet great views. This is definately a neighbor hood and location that is worthy of promotion. It is not far to 3 lakes - about 35 minutes from Lake Mohave, 1.5 hours to Lake Mead or Lake Havasu. There is the grand canyon west with the skywalk about 1.5 hours away. There is world known hiking about 2 hours away at the Havasupi Falls. Market Area

The Kingman area has been a smaller rural community, but is growing almost exponentially now. We have a great assortment of restaurants, some shopping, health food stores and several grocery stores to choose from.
