This is in the homes only area of the So-Hi subdivision in Golden Valley, Arizona. It was named So-Hi because of the elevation - it is nestled in the Foothills over the large area of Golden Valley. This is a quiet out of the way area, but still close to Kingman - in less than 10 minutes you can drive to town. Highway 93 is just \\\\\\\"a block\\\\\\\" away from the property, but because of how the home sits on the parcel, you get very little traffic noise - privacy and yet great views.
